Seven-Day Return Policy: AtrangiHome offers a seven-day return policy from the date of delivery for all eligible items. If seven days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns: For an item to be eligible for return, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not qualify for a return.

Return Authorization: Upon approval, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be generated, and instructions on returning the item will be provided. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. In such cases, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
